OUR STORY

GOOD FOR THE CARIBBEAN

Sowed in the fertile soil of Trinidad & Tobago in 2015, Bene Caribe springs a conscious fashion brand, where ethical consumption and a colourful Caribbean spirit threads the fabric of each piece.

With a no-waste business model, we pride ourselves on our commitment to sustainability and integrity.

Fueled by a passion and thirst for social responsibility within the Caribbean, our brand extends far beyond fashion.
Bene Caribe weaves a community-driven social enterprise collaborating with several Caribbean organisations

With donations made to The Backpack Project, The Voice of Lupus Foundation, Cause An Effect, Nature Seekers, PSI Caribbean and more, proceeds from our sales help support Caribbean innovation and development.

Through our blog features, we aim to promote the excellence of the Caribbean diaspora, highlighting those whose principles reflect and align with the Bene Caribe ethos: empowerment, benevolence and all things Good For the Caribbean.

OUR  FOUNDER

Meet Abby Charles, founder and pioneer of Bene Caribe.
Charles first stitched the concept of a Caribbean-centric social enterprise funded by a cultural slow fashion brand in 2015.

Today, donating to nonprofits across the region, she supports social change with revenue generated by the Bene Caribe brand.
Unmistakably promoting the region, Charles continues to shine a light on all things Good For The Caribbean.
